Abstract: |
The gradiometer survey was carried out in response to proposals for a clay extraction and storage site. Evidence for truncated ridge and furrow was found, along with a trackway or boundary flanked by ditches. This feature corresponded with a raised earthwork seen on the ground. Other magnetic anomalies were observed but were not successfully interpreted due to low magnetic susceptibility contrasts. [Au(abr)] |
