Abstract:		 An evaluation at Hound street revealed evidence for medieval structures and other features. Although this evidence was found at the front and the rear of the site post-medieval disturbance is greatest near the street frontage, and thus the quality of presevation of medieval deposits may be greater at the rear of the proposal area.
