Abstract: |
A watching brief was undertaken during internal remodelling and modifications to the western elevation to allow the installation of an Automatic Teller Machine. The Cardinal's Hat was originally built in the late 15th century as an inn and lay within the historic core of Lincoln. Remains associated with post-medieval cellaring were revealed during the investigations. [AIP] |
