Abstract: |
Following decommission of the station the National Trust proposed to partially dismantle the site, leaving sufficient remains from any visitors to understand the layout of the complex (ie concrete bases, antenna mast base, antenna guy blocks, the gravel floor and compound security fence). This partial preservation in-situ was to be supplemented by preservation in record in the form of measured survey and photography of the external arrangements and also the interior of the Navigation (control) module, the Generator Module and the Antenna Tuning Unit.[Au(abr)] |
