Abstract:
An intermittent watching brief was undertaken on the site of new building developments taking place to the south of the M20 motorway. It was noted that the land had been used extensively as a dumping ground, presumably when the motorway was constructed. The machine excavation technique did not allow for archaeological remains to be recorded during excavation and no features of archaeological importance were seen. No finds of value were collected either. [AIP]
