Abstract: |
Very little of archaeological interest was revealed during the watching brief, just two pits of post-medieval/modern date associated with agricultural practices on the land. This was disappointing in that a previous evaluation had revealed a pit and pottery find of 4th century AD date which it was thought may have been part of larger remains on the site. [AIP] |
