Abstract: |
A french drain was dug around the building known as the Rustic House to help alleviate the problems of damp. The drain revealed the remnants of a brick footing for another, unknown structure whose date, dimensions and purpose were not determined. The work showed that the adjacent boundary walls were built after the construction of the Rustic House. [Au] |
