Abstract: |
An evaluation was carried out at Little Money Road during which four small features of probable archaeological nature were excavated. These were cut into a layer of organic sand containing burnt flint. A well preserved woody peat observed close to Loddon Beck was thought to represent a recently buried marshy surface. Evidence of the recent dumping of material onto the peat and across the rest of the site was recorded. [Au] |
