Abstract: |
Rebuilding and stabilisation was carried out at Madron Well Chapel due to a spate of vandalism to the chapel in which stones in the doorway of the well were repeatedly pulled down. Madron Well is perhaps one of the most famous of Cornish holy wells, its curative powers being well recorded and attracting people from all parts of Cornwall in the past.[Au(abr)] |
