Abstract: |
The house was situated close to the medieval town of Bodmin. The property was first mentioned in documentary sources in the later 16th century and by the beginning of the 17th century the house was described as a 'toft'. The house itself appeared to be late 16th or early 17th century in origin, and it was not known whether the core of the present structure represented replacement of a medieval building. [Au(abr)] |
