Abstract: |
The short inspection and watching brief at the George and Dragon revealed much of the buildings interesting and complex history. Three independent timber framed buildings appeared to have been combined to create the substantial building that is seen today. Much of the historic fabric of the building remained hidden at the time of the survey. However, future works may well provide further opportunity to add to the knowledge of the building.[Au(abr)] |
