Abstract: |
The evaluation and desktop assessment were undertaken in an area of land occupied by fourteen fields and the remains of Shermans Green farmhouse ,which dated possibly to the 18th century. Sixty-three trenches were machine excavated which yielded very few archaeological features which mainly related to the post-medieval agricultural use of the site. [AIP] |
