Abstract: |
The absence of archaeological features and artefacts suggested that the site possessed little of archaeological significance. This negative evidence indicated that a major cemetery did not extend as far north as this area, north-west of the Roman town. However it was recommended that an intermittent watching-recording brief be maintained during cutting of foundation and service trenches.[Au(abr)] |
