Abstract: |
The watching brief was undertaken on the site of a new dwelling and associated garage. Archaeological features noted during groundworks included clay lined pits, a mound of burnt debris and a saltern. On the basis of similar discoveries elsewhere a medieval date was assigned to the complex. [AIP] |
