Abstract: |
A previous evaluation had revealed archaeological features sealed beneath a series of post-medieval levelling layers. This excavation revealed a curvilinear boundary ditch, a pit and a post hole cut into the subsoil - the unequivocal evidence of a settlement that dated to the Romano-British period. [Au(abr)] |
