Abstract: |
The routes of the proposed by-pass do not cross areas of significant archaeological potential, however, how much this has to do with a lack of systematic fieldwork is yet to be shown. There is little to choose between the proposed routes, however the shorter ones are slightly preferable. Fieldwalking and trial trenching ought to be employed ahead of the chosen route.[AIP] |
