Seven trenches were excavated. In trench one, a total of ninety-one worked flints were recovered dating from either the Late Glacial to the Mesolithic period. Remains in trench two comprised a back-filled Romano-British pit and an undated feature. Pollen samples were taken and analysed. [Au(adp)] |
