Abstract: |
Nothing of archaeological value was observed during the watching brief. The conditions were far from ideal with much disturbance having taken place. Shoring was required, so stratigraphy was generally obscured. The pipeline also crossed contaminated ground (the former gasworks) causing further problems.[AIP] |
