The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 Following the discovery by metal-detectorists of several fragments of gold in a field south of Fitzleroi Farm exploratory excavations were conducted in order to discover the original context of the finds and any further related artefacts. More Late Bronze Age gold was recovered along with other prehistoric artefacts. Several prehistoric pits, one containing the disturbed remains of a cremation were also found. No firm conclusions were reached but several possible interpretations for what was found were put forward. [AIP]
