Abstract: |
The nature of the made ground and the proximity of the office block both suggested that modern disturbance and truncation or, more likely, substantial excavation had taken place over the whole area of the present development. Even if they had existed in the immediate vicinity , it appeared unlikely that any of the archaeological deposits would have survived the construction of the c1995 office block.[Au(abr)] |
