Abstract:
A trenched excavation was undertaken in advance of a proposed housing development. Only one archaeological feature was identified, a single undated and badly truncated ditch/gully in the north-east of the site. The results from this evaluation were consistent with those from a previous archaeological evaluation in 2001, when no significant archaeological remains were uncovered. The area therefore was interpreted as having a low archaeological potential. [Au(adp)]
