Abstract: |
A single trench was opened in the area around the extant tap casing in order to record any surviving structures relating to the 18th century conduit or earlier waterworks. An earlier cobbled surface was uncovered, and excavation ceased so that consultation could take place concerning the conservation of this surface.[Au] |
