Abstract: |
The area under investigation was enclosed land belonging historically to Wilton Farm, a settlement of medieval origin. Field shapes were irregular and the boundaries were predominantly earth banks. The field boundary shapes suggested adaptation of medieval encloures. However, no archaeological sites were identified and recorded in the study area. [Au(adp)] |
