Abstract: |
A archaeological watching brief on the site revealed information about the history of the site. In addition to a ditch containing 2nd - 3rd century finds, various waterlogged deposits were recovered which contained plant and animal remains. Evidence for eight re-metallings of the road surface was also discovered. [Au (abr)] |
