Abstract: |
A field evaluation was carried out within the grounds of the Coopers Road Estate. Peat deposits were identified in the northern part of the site, possibly representing the edge of a prehistoric channel or mere. To the south a post-medieval cultivated soil was recorded. Both peats and soil were sealed by modern made ground. [Au(abr)] |
