The site was found to be situated in an area of archaeological interest for all periods from the Neolithic to the post-medieval. The areas most affected would be those closest to the river's edge where deep pilings were scheduled. A programmed of archaeological evaluation was requested in order to appropriately record any archaeological remains. [Au(adp)] |
