Abstract: |
A magnetometer and resistivity survey were carried out at the site, strongly suspected to be a Roman building. Resistivity indicated disturbance in the area of the building as previously indicated by surface finds, however magnetic response was lower than expected from a building of this kind. It was thought that more than one building was present at the site, but plough erosion or insubstantial remains were responsible for the ambiguous results. [Au(abr)] |
