Abstract: |
The assessment showed that the proposed development lay in an area with known archaeological features and, had itself, features on site. The archaeological potential of the site was deemed to be high, and a programme of archaeological work involving an overall watching brief (paying particular attention to the Gatton Bottom Road and possible Iron Age and Roman areas) was suggested.[AIP] |
