Abstract:		 An archaeological desk-based assessment was undertaken in advance of a redevelopment for retail warehousing and light industry. There were 78 archaeological sites and findspots ranging in date from the prehistoric to the post-medieval period and 44 Listed buildings within a 500m radius. There were no archaeological sites or finds recorded within the boundaries of the site. It was possible that previously unrecorded archaeological remains potentially survived within the site.
