Abstract: |
Evidence from the monitoring of trial pits showed that the east side of Fiennes Court was probably extensively cellared, although the date of the cellars was not known. Limited evidence from one of the trial pits indicated that undisturbed archaeological deposits might have survived in non-cellared areas. [Au(abr)] |
