Abstract: |
Archaeological monitoring was undertaken on the groundworks for the construction of a new meeting room. The foundation trenches clearly cut a row of graves, which were each aligned east west. A raised tomb was still in place, just to the north side of the footing trenches, and appeared to have been a continuation of this row of graves. Apart from the graves, no features or finds of archaeological interest were identified. [Au(adp)] |
