Abstract:
Monitoring was undertaken during the insertion of polypropylene land drainage pipes on land within close proximity to the Scheuled Ancient Monument of Dorn Roman Site (SAM Glos 344). Two residual sherds of Roman pottery were retrieved during the groundwork. All other artefactual material encountered was modern and resulting from broken field drains and modern agricultural practices. [Au(adp)]
