Abstract: |
As a condition of planning consent to erect a house and access, archaeological monitoring was carried out. The greater part of the site was found to be entirely devoid of features or deposits of archaeological interest apart from the remains of three, or possibly four east-west aligned probable field boundary ditches, one of which appeared to be of late 18th century date. No evidence of occupation of the site prior to the 20th century was encountered. [Au(abr)] |
