Abstract: |
The watching brief results suggested the proximity of an important Roman settlement due to the large amount of Romano-British pottery sherds (some 412 sherds). The hypothesis was further reinforced by the large quantity of Roman building ceramics, some 14kgs found in residual contexts. [AIP] |
