Abstract: |
Archaeological observation of the groundworks associated with the erection of a boundary/retaining wall, two garden walls and the creation of a swimming pool, produced 18th century and later pottery, domestic animal bones, bottle glass and clay pipe stems. One piece of residual pottery dated between the 14th and 16th centuries was recovered from the topsoil but no features of archaeological significance were present. [Au(adp)] |
