Abstract: |
An assessment was carried out at the site in advance of the construction of a block of flats. The land was part of the Kings Barton in the medieval period and would have been pasture or scrub until enclosure in the late 18th century, followed by later development. The site formed part of the premises of a car hire firm. [Au(abr)] |
