Abstract: |
An evaluation, comprising the excavation of six trial trenches, on land proposed for residential development revealed the presence of alluvial deposits close to the River Sence and Manor Road. These deposits were sealed under deep modern make-ups, and would not be impacted upon under the proposed development. No other significant archaeological deposits were identified. [Au(abr)] |
