Abstract: |
Mesolithic activity and areas of Iron Age and Roman occupation north of the site may have encroached onto the study area, although parts of the site had been disturbed by the construction of Stone Lodge and associated buildings in the late 20th century, as well as medieval and later ploughing. Areas of undisturbed ground may have survived. [Au(adp)] |
