Abstract:		 An archaeological excavation was undertaken at the site. A residual scatter of prehistoric flints was identified. An Iron Age pit alignment was encountered, with one of the pits later reused for a crouched inhumation. Medieval ridge and furrow and post-medieval quarry pits were also recorded. [Au(abr)]
