Abstract: |
A watching brief on the foundations for a stable block in a Conservation Area and archaeologically rich area revealed little of archaeological interest. The shallow foundations revealed a confused layer of chalk and clay, some daub and carbon specks, and with a loose scattering of flint pebbles. [Au(abr)] |
