Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during the stripping of an area measuring 270m by 8m and the digging of a trench for the insertion of a water main. No deposits or features of archaeological interest were encountered despite earthwork traces of ridge-and-furrow cultivation evident in the surrounding field. [Au(abr)] |
