Abstract:		 In 2002, an initial evaluation excavation was carried out within a limited area revealing complex structural features. A further phase of evaluation and mitigation excavations to the rear of the property revealed pits and structures dating to the 13th century, a stone boundary wall, evidence of a fire in the 15th or 16th century, post-medieval trenches, buildings, and wells.
