Abstract: |
<summary>Eight evaluation trenches were excavated to examine the site of a house demolished in the early 20th century, in advance of the construction of the A46 Leicester Western By-Pass. Features revealed comprised the brick foundations of a possible conservatory or outbuildings, brick cellars associated with the main house, and garden landscape features including a ha-ha and a circular brick pond. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
