The watching brief was undertaken on a total of 23 test pits, a further 7 test pits previously proposed for monitoring were not excavated. Of the excavated test pits, 5 of these produced evidence of possible archaeological features, although none of the features contained any dateable material. These features comprised of a post hole at Ratfyn and a possible trackway and two ditches. [Au(abr)]
