Abstract: |
This evaluation was located in an area close to the historic core of Catthorpe with a 14th century church. Archaeological deposits identified within the site included: the corner of a mid-late Iron Age enclosure ditch with a scored ware, East Midlands type pottery sherd, medieval pits, gullies and ditches with associated pottery, post-medievalbrick and tile and the modern remains of a building and trackway.
