Abstract: |
One trench measuring approximately 12 metres in length was excavated in the north-eastern corner of the site. Footings of compacted chalk rubble for a former flint property boundary wall were discovered, as well as the brick foundations of an outbuilding, but no archaeological features or artefacts were observed.
