Seven sample trenches were excavated and recorded. Sherds of prehistoric pottery (early 1st millenium BC) possibly from a single vessel, were recovered from the surface of a "brickearth" deposit which was cut by a single undated feature, possibly a posthole. [Au(abr)] |
