Abstract:
The desk-based assessment revealed a number of sites along the route of the proposed flood defence scheme. These mainly included Listed Buildings and other elements of the built historic environment. From the schemes put forward, it appeared that certain sites and buildings could have been affected, particularly if tunnelling was undertaken. A walkover survey was also recommended to determine the scheme's impact. [Au(abr)]
