Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	Research undertaken to update presentation of Restormel Castle included a survey of the earthworks and a thorough re-examination of the surviving keep buildings. The bailey was shown to have always retained its earth and timber defences as no trace of any curtain wall was found along the defensive bank. Building remains were identified in the bailey showing up as earthworks. Survey work within the keep challenged the previous chronolgy for the site. [Au(abr)]
