Abstract: |
<summary>A watching brief maintained during a programme of internal alterations and external excavations at Lanlivery Church revealed numerous recent graves and the footings of two massive stone walls in an external drainage trench. The walls, constructed with large granite facing slabs and a granite rubble fill, were overlain by the present transept wall and possibly represent a fragment of a tower of the original Norman church. {italon}Sec(abr)(28a){italoff} |
